If u visit Punjab University you will find young charming students waiting for this special thing. "Point" is a word used for transport buses used to facilitate the students. Waiting for and traveling in the points is always considered as a unique experience. Most students of Punjab University and employees get benefit from this facility.

At a specific time huge number of students gathered and wait for points happily and emotionally with great courage. If you want to see a mob rushing towards the buses then please come Punjab University to see this interesting situation. you will surely feel pity for innocent students of Punjab University .over lodging makes the points very dangerous and difficult place for every one inside. Students are entered just like goats in the points. Most people find no seat and they have to travel standing all the way. But it is a fact that it is a good facility for Punjab University students and employees. Front seats are reserved for girls only. So in points females lead the males ,this shows the exact vision given by our President Gen.Pervaz Mushraf .

Waiting the point makes many interesting situations. It is considered as a opportunity hold event by the younkers of Punjab University. Most young boys make them busy to impress the standing girls by their gestures ,actions and takings. It is a discussion , recognition and selection period. In other words it's a selection ,rejection and again another selection time. It is difficult to choice any one that time.

Points are also used for visits , tours. And other outdoor activities of the students and employees of Punjab University . Points can also be hired by private people on rent. Usually music is not allowed in points but at picnic tours students can surely enjoy loud music. It is a free of cost facility offered to every one having "Bus Pass" after paying transportation fee.

It is necessary that Punjab University administration must check this system and take many steps to avoid all the back draws in it. New buses must be added to facilitate more and more the students.
